My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the initial room was disappointing with a constant background noise and a view of a construction site, after requesting a change, we were moved to a room with a great view, though still just okay overall. The time wasted in the room switch did put a bit of a damper on our holiday, but the room size was relatively large, making up for some of the inconvenience.
I had a mixed experience with the rooms at this hotel. While they were quite spacious, they appeared a bit dated and tired, lacking some TLC. Initially, I paid for an upgrade to a suite upon arrival, which unfortunately turned out to be awful due to a constant background noise from what seemed to be a generator and a view of a construction site. After complaining, I was relocated to a room with a great view, albeit the room itself was just okay, not great. The whole room-changing process ended up wasting over half a day of our vacation.
The hotel has a lovely pool; Dr Ali and the staff are excellent. The rooms, though simple, are clean with ample towels and bedding. The absence of free Wi-Fi in the rooms could be a drawback, and the ongoing nearby construction might be bothersome for a while. Thank you, Dr Ali - Pool Doctor!

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The best thing about it is the pool, and the staff, especially Doctor Ali, were fantastic. However, the presence of major construction nearby makes me hesitant to revisit for a couple of years. The room I was initially allocated was not suitable, but after a kind request, I was moved to a better room in a different block away from the noise.
