My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the initial room was disappointing with a constant background noise and a view of a construction site, after requesting a change, we were moved to a room with a great view, though still just okay overall. The time wasted in the room switch did put a bit of a damper on our holiday, but the room size was relatively large, making up for some of the inconvenience.

Initially, I paid for an upgrade to a suite upon arrival, which unfortunately turned out to be awful due to a constant background noise from what seemed to be a generator and a view of a construction site. After complaining, I was relocated to a room with a great view, albeit the room itself was just okay, not great. The whole room-changing process ended up wasting over half a day of our vacation.
